will be held in Columbus, Ohio, September 23-26, 2008.

Each year, the Project Safe Childhood (PSC) and Internet Crimes Against
Children (ICAC) National Conferences are designed to bring hundreds of
federal, state and local law enforcement investigators, forensic experts and
prosecutors together to participate in workshops and lectures to further
their knowledge while providing them with the tools necessary to combat the
online exploitation of children. This year,
we plan to stage a single conference in place of the separate ICAC and PSC
conferences held in previous years. This combined conference will allow us
to multiply our strength through joint training and sharing of best
practices while continuing to build relationships across agencies and
jurisdictions, especially between federal law enforcement and the ICAC Task
Force. Past conference evaluations support our belief
that these events provide an unrivaled opportunity to further the education
of participants while enhancing their skills to protect America's children.
As
our plans progress for our 2008 Conference they will be posted to our web
site so please visit this site regularly to keep abreast of the latest
plans.
